
The Zimbabwe cricket team arrived in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on Tuesday night, for the International Cricket Council World Twenty20 tournament.
The squad of 15 players and eight officials was joined in Dubai by coach Alan Butcher.
Zimbabwe had a three-hour training session at the Colts Cricket Ground in the Sri Lankan capital on Wednesday morning.
They play Ireland in a practice match at the Moors Cricket Ground on Thursday (6am local time) and then Bangladesh in another warm-up match on Saturday, before flying to the city of Hambantota for their two group matches against Sri Lanka and South Africa, which are at the Mandara Rosen ground next Tuesday the 18th and Thursday the 20th of September respectively.
